Fossilized Evolution was a sculptural installation of eight reptilian forms crawling across the face of the Henry St. Settlement building in Manhattan's Lower East Side. The abstract creatures appear as if they've emerged from the earth with only remnants of their skin remaining. Has the structure displaced their home or are they migrating to a new location?
